What Information do you require when making a booking:
Contact Name & Number, Place of Collection and Delivery, Time of collection and number of passengers.

What are your hours of operation?
We operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our normal hours of operation are 06h00 to 20h00, any transfers outside of these hours will incur a surcharge.

How will I find your driver?
Our driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals gate with a personalised paging board.

Do you vehicles have safety belts?
All seats in our vehicles have safety belts and it is imperative that you use them.

Is it necessary to tip the driver?
Tipping is not compulsory; it is a sign of good service. Please tip our drivers at your discretion.

What if I am traveling with a wheelchair?
If you are traveling with a wheelchair, please advise us when you book your transfer to ensure that we can provide the appropriate vehicle.

Do we have to walk far to our transfer vehicle?
No. We have been allocated parking adjacent to the airport arrivals terminal.
